The Last Herfer Standing Pass.....

Well I told the wife not to fill the bird feeders hoping the pigieon will fly by due to no food. After a long flight he might be hungry so hopefully that works plus the anti pigieon guns are in place :p .

Okie Dokie....the bird has landed in Oklahoma. The wife called and said I had a box at the house from Blue Dragon. I will inspect it this evening, post the P & T and get this baby out tomorrow.

:p no I won't do it nope not at all that pigeon can shiver and stand in the snow. I here he likes high alttitudes :laugh: . no feed in the feeders so he'll fly right by.
 
Forums were inaccessible for me yesterday. I've PMed PSTAN that his Ts/Ps are outstanding and that he can send the pigeon on it's way. I'll let him post them before I make the changes to the cigar list.

If y'all continue to turn it over quick, the next two stops should not be a problem. One herfer still standing has notified me he will be going away on the 22nd. We'll have to play this by ear come next week. Given the problems with the site being unavailable, my e-mail is 1turtle AT verizon DOT net. That may be a quicker way to go than PMs.

Just another reminder - Since no one has stated that they pulled the envelope for Robert Sifuentes JR. (BrownDevil), if you pull this envelope toss it and pull another.

We got USPS today, however, a big ice storm is poised for tonight, tomorrow's delivery of mail might be a bit iffy?? Hector, is the mail box shoveled out yet?

I guess this is where it gets interesting. Just three herfers still standing, at least until next week. Our pigeon is headed east (good guess, BrewMeister!).

Just another of my random thoughts....as far as I know, the envelope with BrownDevil's address is still in there. Wouldn't that be a real pisser if he would have been the eventual winner!

Odds are 2 out of three that our pigeon will head for Pennsylvania. Or will he try and play it smart by going to Florida first to eliminate a trip? We'll know come midweek!
 
:laugh: well I piled the snow up around the mail box and left the bird feeders empty. :p plus the anti pigeon weapons are in place along with a big old mean alley cat that loves pigeons :laugh: as a mater of fact there are three of them prowling around looking for somes pigeon :laugh:
 
Driving up to the house I could see a package on the front door step. I thought for sure this was it...all the previous false alarms had some other possible explanation, but not this time. I parked the car, unlocked the house, let the dogs out and then went around front to collect my package. It was partially hidden behind a low wall and not visible until I got right up on it. I was trying to think who sent it last and trying to remember what the return address would be....I rounded the corner and saw the package..........it looked just like one of those giant plastic mailer packages....

As I got right up on it, I realized it's a bag with two phone books! I've never been happier to get phone books in my whole life!

I almost did the Steve Martin dance from the "The Jerk"...
