The LEAF FUND

I am not forsure on all of them, but I do know that VV put Eden on for the first time about a week ago! I will check on some of the stocks other members have posted!
 
I just check on ATML!!


Edit: I thought about the info and I don't want to get myself into trouble!! If someone wants me to look something up then I will.
 
Cody I don't care as long as you are compliant with VV. Don't get yourself in any kind of trouble with them legally. If anyone can help answer Cody's post please advise. Thank you!

Earnings report = we didn't suck as bad as everyone said we would. The biggie is that they affirmed to be on track for cash flow break even in Q3. There will be profit taking today or tomorrow, I think.

Ok we lost several days of info. Like an idiot I did not have some of the financials down on paper. I was taking it for granted that I could just look it up on the thread. I know I have received Jonesy's funds and I remember gtadroptop because of his comment in the note! I think Garvey's has arrived too. So that just leaves AA. I think?

I'm going to deposit our funds today into our LEAF FUND account. I'll front AA :sign: Please... everybody that wants to have a stock voted on to add to our portfolio, post it on the thread this weekend. I'll be sending out an email by 5/4/08 in the A.M. so those of you interested in voting on a stock can. remember... you don't have to, you can always be a silent partner. But remember if you don't vote or participate, please don't bash us when we lose :sign: Everyone's always happy when we win :D
 
My recommendation: A.P. Pharma (APPA)

Take a look. Currently at $1.37 but a strong buy with a target price of anywhere between $3.50-$4.50. I like it....

I took a quick glance .... nice balance sheet. Looks like 1.70-1.80 in the near future. Some insider buying back in 12/07. it's been movin with no news. We could get some and sell when the news comes out for a quick trade. Pharmies scare me because when they get shut down by the FDA, it's tank city!

I say throw it in the hat! :thumbs:

I have sent out a couple of emails in the last few weeks. If you haven't recieved them please LMK. It's ok not to reply to the emails. I just want to make sure everyone is getting them. If you don't post that you are not receiving them , I'll assume everyone gets them.

We have made a small up tick in the LF. We now sit at $24.266933 a share. The value is $1820.02 with $616.02 of it in cash. We need to get a long term ride on something. Let's get a few stocks put up here for a vote. Let's try to keep it at a $6 max stock. We'll buy 100 shares and babysit it for a month.

PCOP - a Biotech stock with a blood pressure med that was very successful in a very recent phase 2 trial.

CPSL - a Chinese iron and steel mfg. This could be a monster ... or a cannon ball.

FPP - oil & gas operation

Anyone elae got something we can put up to vote this afternoon?
 
Hey Partners, sorry I have not posted in a bit, but I had to take care of some family problems. Anyways, I will be doing some homework on my week pick and will do some on the Leaf Fund!!! I do have to say that I like FPP, I will be picking some up the next pullback!!

Here are some for you guys to check out, I have done home work on these!!
CNEH China North East Petroleum Holdings Ltd. $4.36 P/E 20.47----wait for a pullback
CIWT CHINA INDUSTRL WASTE $3.73
CDS China Direct, Inc. $8.47--I think it will pullback a bit more
