Thomas Tew Rum

After all these years of living in Rhode Island, I'm JUST discovering Thomas Tew Rum, which is distilled in Newport, RI, about 30 minutes from me.

Rum turned a little hazy in the freezer, but it is DAMNED tasty, and my new favorite! Makes a fantastic Rum & Coke, and it also wonderful as a sipping rum.

No sh*t! Where in RI? I live in RI too, Cranston. Love Thomas Tew rum, so damn good. I usually only use rum as a mixer but this one is great straight up or on the rocks.
