If I could find this person "Wilson" that signed for a UPS package today, rather than its intended recipient, I would ring his/her fuggin neck.

Now the UPS 800 customer service, says that the UPS store that I shipped it from has to contact them so that they can get information crucial to the tracking of the package. What in the fug do they know that isn't already in the tracking info? Maybe they should start with the bleeding brown guy that delivered the package to the wrong address, and ask him What Brown Can do For Me. That really sux.

They do seem to be having a bad year.

Every time I know I'm getting something, I have to look out my window to try to see the truck, then run down the block to stop them from dropping the package at a door 3 houses down (that has a habit of keeping things not addresses to them). They insist on dropping things at the one house that doesn't have a number posted anywhere because it's apparently a very complicated numbering scheme for these houses; descending in order - not easy to figure out when all the other houses have numbers....

That does suck. Many are the times that my UPS guy has pulled up to drop off cigar packages while I've been kickin' it on the front porch smoking. I'm pretty sure he knows where that kind of merchandise goes.

I hope it gets sorted out for you. Hopefully the guy who signed for it will realize it's not for him and give UPS a call.

Wilkey

That does suck brother. I once had a package shipped to me by a merchant in Germany. The merchant utilized UPS and it ended up being mis-delivered. The person that signed for it signed it, no lie, "Maximum Jesus."

It took days to try to explain to the merchant in Germany that the name "Maximum Jesus" was NOT me, was NOT me giving some fake name and might very well be the real name of someone here in Miami, though it was probably MAXIMO HAY-SOOS, and UPS just screwed it up. Anyway, after dealing with UPS both here and abroad, the merchant for days, I finally got a refund on the package (b/c the merchant, by that point, was not willing to send another one). I still don't think the merchant ever really believed that Maximum Jesus wasn't me just f'king around.

Hope it works out for you.

Note to myself, try not to use UPS and if I do sign all my packages as Maximus Jesus.

Now when bombing MC we have the option of putting Maximum Jesus or Herman as the addressee

j/k....no disrespect meant MC!

So it seems that "Wilson" is Pastor Wilson at the Baptist church a 1/2 mile from the packages intended target. I will say an extra prayer tonight for all the good people in the world, that don't keep packages that aren't theirs.
