No One of Consequence
It generally comes down to preference as there is no definiitve answer to which is better. One thing you know for sure is that tubos are easier to travel with. I prefer to leave my tubo cigars in the tube until I smoke them; however, before I put them in the humidor, I will open up the tube and check out the cigar before storing it with the rest of my babies.
