Feeling unexpectedly festive today.

Broke a Forbidden X out of the good box, followed by, of course, a San Cristobal. Watched Dune 2, which was a little slow but quite good. Herbert's books were a big part of my HS years so it's nice to see a big budget production of them onscreen.

Now if we can just get someone to film Nine Princes of Amber by Zelazny!

As a whole, how is the Patina line?

I am a big fan! I don’t sell a ton of them unfortunately, but I’ll always keep a small inventory of them because I smoke them often enough.

If I’m haven’t had them, they’re definitely worth trying. They all quite flavorful and unique. Even the same blends, in different vitolas, are unique.

Oh yeah, I think I remember hearing about that.

Gotta be honest, having read all the books I'm a little bemused that a comedy writer is involved. That's, aaaah, different.

Hopefully he's ALSO a geek who loves the books.
