I do love Salomones but have never smoked a Partagas until now. Tried the V-Cut as I cut pretty much every cigar this way since I became enamored with it, but the draw was no bueno so I pulled out my guillotine and made a dick cut which resulted in a near perfect draw. Started off beautifully with none of the bitterness of youth I’ve come to expect from any Havana cigar less than a few years old. Dense medium bodied smoke almost chewy thick with chocolate covered cherries and cream flavors. An absolute stunner. This one is in the rotation now!

So, I dug deep and found this 2010 Partagas Benji Menendez Master Series 6x46 Majestuoso. Benji was a master at blending with African Cameroon.
