I’m kicking myself for not getting back to this shop & buying all he would sell me, one of the best cigars I’ve had in awhile, can’t even begin to pinpoint all the delicious flavors!
Wow! I’m not too familiar with their stogies, though I know the name, of course. Just haven’t smoked many of them. This red dot, called the Rubicon, is really very good! Beautiful construction, flawless nearly imperceptible seams, gorgeous oily wrapper, perfect construction, burn, and draw, solid medium body. Not the most complex flavor profile as it doesn’t seem to change much to me over the life of the stick. But very, very good.
And at about 7.50 per stick for what I call rhe “fat toro”, 6x64, if I everybfound this on sale, I’d jump on a box based on this one sample. Loverly!
Last evening in Budapest, which thanks to @MaytagMan, i have learned has a very vibrant sex scene.
Now it will be much trickier telling my wife at 10pm that I will be in few hours because I am just going to smoke a cigar
Stolen Throne Argos from the Poor Man's Pass while getting ready to pick our young apple tree.
"The Stolen Throne Argos is released in one size: a 6×52 Toro. The blend uses a dark Habano Oscuro wrapper over Nicaraguan Binder and fillers. Unlike the core line, the Argos cigar is placed in fifteen-count bundles instead of twenty, making it a bit more accessible to purchase. It is released once a year and to only select accounts. Dark notes of coffee, leather, paprika, wood, more leather, and light sweetness make up this magnificent medium to full strength blend."
It's really damn good!
ETA: This cigar was absolutely fantastic. Out of stock everywhere that I can find, of course. It looks like it might be an annual release? I'm going to have to watch for these.
