Cedar, citrus and mild white pepper. Aromatics, lime, spice and salt on retro - like exhaling after a gulp of margarita. 2nd - earth, herbs and cloves. 3rd - leather, lime and white pepper. Well-behaved stick with copious smoke. The lime doesn’t really go well with the other flavors. Just alright.

Had my first anejo shark thanks to one of our amazing botl.
It was fantastic, although I had a few burn issues it did not detract from the enjoyment.
Was more mild than I was expecting, likely mellowed with the many years of age judging from the cello.

Oliva Connecticut Reserve this morning. Hanging out at the lounge browsing job listings and trying to help my girlfriend find a new car since hers is an absolute nightmare on its last legs.
Gilberto Oliva Reserve. Smoked this morning on vacation in the northwoods with my coffee. Really tight draw on this, almost to much. It did open up a bit for the last third. I don't have a perfect draw tool so I'm going to try dry boxing one (as best I can up here) to see if it helps.
