here is a pic of tonights ribs that have been in the smoker over some Hickory:

Thats the picture before foil pouching and saucing. I foil pouched them with Jack Daniels and apple cider, then after a couple hours I'll pull them out and apply the homemade bourbon BBQ sauce and put them back into the smoker for a while to firm up. They should be DAMN GOOD! :D
 
HAHAHA!.... NO! :D I sterilized the whole smoker. All metal parts were treated with the blow torch after heavy bleaching and rinsing to make sure nothing survived. :D
