Too much Humidity

What % are the beads?
Is there another water source in there?
What's the outside area humidity?
Have you tested this device or put in another hygrometer?
As far as "what is the best humidity %?" - it dpends on how you like your smokes and the cigar...a little moist or dry - I like around 64% but store lonterm a little higher.

You need to remove the other water source. My guess is that the beads are saturated to 100 percent. Some of the beads need to be white in color. I try to keep a quarter of them white and the others clear. Your beads are saturated and can't pull moisture. Take some of the baeds out and let them turn white and then return them. I'd also remove any cigars you're keeping in that humi and put them somewahere with a lower RH before you get a mold problem.
If the outside relative humidity (RH) is consistency 65%, then leave the beads out of the humidor until they get as dry as possible. Monitor your cigars every couple of days, and make sure the inside humidity remains somewhere in the 60's. Some people blow dry beads when they become too wet, though I'm not sure I would recommend doing that, as you could possibly damage the beads. My suggestion is to leave the beads out of the humidor and allow them to stabilize on their own. Sounds like you live in a high RH environment to begin with, so I wouldn't be too concerned about leaving the beads out for awhile (assuming you keep an eye on the RH inside the humidor).
I'm from Israel and here we have very high Rh,
especially if you live near the sea,like I do.
Now its almost winter here so the Rh is lower,approximately 40%-60%.
At summer time its a nightmare,you sweat like a pig here.
