Too Much Rain in Texas.....UPDATE :)

Here's an update to our Retaining Wall Issue.....the builder came out again yesterday with an Engineer from Austin. They decided that they ARE going to "Rebuild the Wall" for us. Thank God for Answering Prayer!!! It'll probably be a few weeks before they can begin since the engineer has to design the wall and the builder has to put out bids for the work.

Again Thanks to all of you who prayed for us......it is very much appreciated and proves that God was at work here.

So sorry for all your troubles, but happy that it seems to be working out for the best. My wife has been keeping me updated (she Lives by the Metro-Plex) while i am here in the sandbox, stay just a little worried all the time. The A/O around my house floods and sometimes you cant get in or out.

Good luck witht he re-build

This is great news.
It's good to see the builder stepping up and taking care of this.
I know this is a big weight off your shoulders.
 
I'm impressed, after working for close to forty years in construction, i find contractors a bit stingy when it's time to pony up. Congratulations!

Good news for you and yours, Kelly! It kinda makes me wish we were neighbors. This is the kind of situation where you find out who your friends and neighbors really are.
