big-nosed cigar freak!
Hey gang,
well, I'm usually spending at least 6 to 8 weeks out of the year on the road. I have built up a nice collection of cigars to last me a good long time (thanks to GBs, box splits, and generous BOTL/SOTL). When I hit the road, much like CDs to bring for the trip, I'd also like to pick out a nice bunch of cigars to travel with me and would like a reliable travelling humidor (if one even exists).
A good friend of mine gave me his Dunhil, but I found that it didn't keep the cigars as well as I'd like. Maybe I'm being too picky and that there is NO way to keep them as nice as I'd like with a travelling humi.
So, with that in mind, can someone suggest a good one to purchase and, if you wouldn't mind, a good place to purchase one.
As an aside, if I'm travelling via plane and wish to bring ISOM puros with me, what do you think I should do. Remove bands, or not.
Sorry for the two part post, but I figured it would probably stimulate a more interesting discussion.
Thanks for reading,
Darren
