Trouble Viewing on iPad

I used to never have trouble on the site when viewing it on my iPad until recently. I can only view threads through the "View New Content" link and when I click on a thread it looks like this:

No, I haven't. What is the difference between that and just using the browser?

I have the same issue with the CP Skin, switched to the Default Blue with no issues, Now running the Color Choice skin...love it
