alright guys, I've gotten a lot of requests for a while now for some more Turkey Jerky. SO, I guess I'll make some up for you guys.

A couple of you have already tried it out, others have tried my other stuff. But the turkey Jerky is indeed very good.

Keep in mind this is a limited thing. I will take orders up until this coming Friday Evening, April 7th. Then that will be it for a while

The Jerky will be $30/lb. shipped. At little more then my beef jerky, but the meat is quite a bit more expensive.

Edit: How long do you think your TJ will stay in top-notch condition if I leave it in the packaging as you send it, in the fridge. I might be down for two pounds depending on the answer.
 
I can send it in 2 vacuum sealed packages. Throw one in the freezer and it will stay good for quite a while. Most food that is vacuum sealed keeps its quality for at least 6 months.
 
do we have any turkey jerky this year?

Nope. Currently I only make one flavor. Basically I just take my rub that I used on my ribs and season it down with that. the stuff is DAMN good though.

anyone who orders this stuff will be happy!
 
Okay, now you've done it! You've inspired me to bust out the old little chief smoker and cook up some masterpieces. The challange is ON! Acctually, theres no challange at all, but ill put up a fight.

Iv got my meats all brined up, and there heading for the smoker tomorrow morning. I'll take step by step photos and show you how it all turns out. mmmm mm, cant wait.

1 pork leg
3 racks of ribs
and 1 experimental batch of chicken jerkey!

Just an update guys. I took in a BUNCH of orders last week for BBQ so I had to get that done this weekend. I'm making the Beef jerky tonight, and the turkey jerky tomorrow night. It will be in the mail to everyone on wednesday.
