Yeap, some team will pick him up even if he IS out 3-4years! But, he won't start and he definitely won't be anything but a QB. There are ALOT of teams hurting for a QB and have losing records that can't wait for him to get out of jail so they can get what will be looked at as the deal of a lifetime.
