I love this quote from the article. Obviously he doesn't know about the gang problems in the Midwest. Someone should inform him that Omaha is very bad. There are streets the cops won't even go to during the day, let alone at night.

"We have a gang that is focused on doing violence to the Police Department, and it has to end here or it will spread to Nebraska, Kansas and beyond," said Police Chief Richard Dana during an interview in his office Thursday. "We are going to make this ground zero for stopping this kind of violence."

In Maryville, Missouri they had 2 incidents a couple of years ago. One cop car was torched in front of the University Police Station while the other cop car was torched in front of City Police Station.

Needless to say, its already have spread out farther than the East and West Coasts are aware of. All I can say is stay safe because its not going to get any better.
