Here in Texas, we've had numerous incidents of the "13' (I forget the Spanish word for 'em) recruiting contract killers from among Hispanic gang youth in border towns.

It's getting downright crazy out there. :0

Are you speaking of Mara Salvatrucha-13 (MS-13)? Very familiar with them because they have become a huge problem in Honduras and other countries in Central America. My niece was recruited into this gang a few years ago, and shortly after her involvement was murdered by a fellow gang member. I have been wanting to go back to Honduras to visit family for a long time now, but all the political turmoil and gang activity has made me afraid to visit.

 
Go get 'em tiger and be sure to keep that 6th sense of yours well honed. Sounds like this will be where you "draw the line in the sand" kind of confrontation. I have faith the other brother agencies will be there to back you all up so there will be strength in numbers.

Yes, that's them. They've been recruiting Mexican-American kids in Texas border towns that can pass back and forth across the border, and putting them on retainer as contract hit men. They need someone in Texas "taken out," that's who does it.

Bad juju craziness. Two of 'em were arrested in Laredo, iirc, last year. That's the first anyone knew of it.

At the rate that MS-13 is becoming a big problem (not that they already aren't..), don't be surprised when they are declared a terrorist organization.
