It’s been over four years since I last broke out the Weber kettle—it had just been sitting in the backyard gathering dust. But after my propane grill finally took a dump and completely rusted out. I decided to clean up the Weber and fire it up this evening.
Cooked up some New York strips to a perfect medium-rare. I forgot how much I missed that real charcoal flavor.
