That's a great lineup!

Myself, I'm in the middle of compiling my cd's for the Jazz Ipass, so I'm jamming out to The Don Ellis Orchestra, feeling at times like I need to go smoke 50 joints so I can understand what's going on in the music!

Well let's see...

30 Seconds to Mars
Stone Sour
Daughtry
Beyonce
Dierks Bentley
System of a Down
Brooks & Dunn

Etc, etc

Drive-by Truckers are the best! I love that band. I saw them live a couple of months ago and they played for four and half hours straight. What is your favorite CD of theirs?

I have also been jamming some Grant Lee Buffalo, Bob Dylan's new Modern Times, Neil Young and Crazy Horse, Fireball Ministry and Jucifer.

I got the new The Shins CD as well as The Good, The Bad, and the Queen disc from Amazon yesterday.

Seer. My brother's band, so yeah, I'm biased.

They're on tour on the east coast now, and a couple shows in the middle of the country.

If you want to hear some good indy music, check out their myspace page, myspace.com/seer

Had some Tull, Some John Hiatt, some Warren Zevon, some Robert Johnson, some Dead, and some Meters spinnin' today.

I dig that Dylan album slcraiders mentioned.

The new Shins album is damn good. Also the Golden Dogs, Starlight Mints, New Pornographers, the new Belle and Sebastian, the new Decemberists album, Suburban Kids with Christian Names, Elf Power, and Frank Black are all on shuffle right now. I'm in a pop kinda mood today. Primus is always a favorite, and a damn good show. I'll have to pull out some old CD's. Frizzle Fry was always my favorite.

they played 30 min from my house link and i couldn't get loose to see them and Mofro  (you oughta check out Mofro), it take a little bit to get into them, but they're great. Fav album by DBT would prolly be either their latest or Southern Rock Opera, i really like 'em all.

Great Big Sea
The Fables
Bob Marley
Alphaville
Dervish
John Prine
David Bromberg
Stan Rogers
The Bluegrass Album Band
Ramones
Big Bad Voodoo Daddy
Little Feat

just to name a few…
(I’m all over the place as far as my musical tastes go)

Yep, the owner of the CSmokers site got to see DBT at that very same show and said it was great. Let me know if there is anything of theirs that you do not have and I can burn and send them out to you. I also have 4 cds of some live stuff including an entire BBC show...
