Yeah they d some pretty crazy stuff with coferments now... I don't typically make a full pot of stuff like this - I prefer to do it via pourover as I can really get all of the flavors out of it.

If you want to get a variety, you can go with one of the subscription delivery services - you set the types of things you like and the frequency of delivery. I do this so that I always have something new to try in addition to my more normal rotation.

I used to be more into trying different coffees and used my pour over all the time, then I got a automatic espresso maker and all I ever buy now is a good espresso from a place here. 🤣
 
I'm thinking about trying to work on my espresso game with a basic setup just to see how I can do with it... because I need more coffee-related stuff around the house lol!
