This has been my daily driver as of late,a 1992 Jaguar XJ6 Sovereign:

I did find another 1996 XJ6 VDP exactly like the one in post #161 outside of Washington, DC that I'm looking at sometime soon.

Looks like this may be my past photo of the 1992....

Kia Sportage 4X4 for my offroad adventures--actually not bad for the purpose. Underpowered.

Mazda Miata--named "Second Childhood" for my male menopause crisis.
You know--new car, new cabin, new wife, viagra, bifocals, cialis on weekends, etc, etc.

Daily driver - 2007 Lincoln MKZ AWD
2002 Corvette Lingenfelter (427 Twin Turbo) 6 spd. ...misc. goodies
2006 Kawasaki Ninja ZX14R

Up on blocks - Lambo kit car for Fiero Drivetrain

Honda Pilot- with two kids getting out of carseats & boosters - It's the perfect family vehicle. Plus NO mechanical issues and I've had it almost three yrs. Wifey drives an MDX which is basically a Pilot on steroids except it does not steer as well. In the body shop getting repaired as I type. Thankfully the garage survived the latest mishap.. :whistling:

Me: 2003 911 Porsche Turbo
Wife: 2004 Mercedes G55 AMG

Also just got a new 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500HD LT 4x4 for boats, hunting trips, etc, etc.

Wow...I remember this thread. I still have the 2004 Chevy p/u.

Got rid of both of the other cars though.

Now, I drive a 2006 Bentley Continental GT Coupe.
Wife drives a 2006 Porsche Cayenne Turbo.

Need to update this again.

Still driving the 2006 Bentley.
Now the wife has a 2007 911 convertible...prefaced by/in exchange for her "gifting" me 3 boxes of Pepin creations.

this during the week...

2004 Pepper White Mini Cooper. 30 mpg around town, 40 on trips. Good acceleration, great handling.

And I have heated seats m'fckers!

Seriously, I don't care too much about cars, but wouldn't mind having an older Jag. If I ever get to a warmer climate, I'll get back into cycling as well.

Now if anybody wants to talk guitars, that's a different story.

You m'fckers have some crazy vehicles. Crazy.

just added this to our collection...

2006 VW Touareg V10 TDI - more bells and whistles than a damn fighter jet! 4 heater seats, touch entry and some other off the wall $hit! And faaaaaast - but best of all it will tow my boat! Like the wife is gonna let me do that. (it's her car)

I have a 2003 150 Supercrew 4x4

Because of gas prices been riding my 2003 Anniversary Sportster Harley Davidson.

I don't currently own a car. Looking into getting a 2007 Cobalt. Insurance is expensive as hell though out here in Vegas. Geico wanted to charge me $460 a month!! :0 I'm going to call USAA tomorrow and see if they can't give me a better deal, since they deal alot with military members. Anyone know of some insurance friendly cars? I was going to buy an old beater, but my parents are telling me to buy new. And when they say they will match my down payment, I can hardly refuse. :D

I drive a 2001 Saturn SC2. My first car and I will always love her!

The one that gets 9 MPG has 120,000 miles......WOW that's about 13,333 gallons of gas! The most I ever put in her is $167 worth. The Mini Cooler has a sunroof so we can fill her with ice and beer and take her to parties! :D

Edited because I looked up the receipt and put the exact amount in.............

Get a car that will last and give you good gas mileage....Toyota Corolla, RAV4, Camry. I have owned a number of Toyota's and the insurance is reasonable, virtually no maintainence (cept for gas, oil, tires, etc). Stay away from Honda Accords and Civics, as they have some of the highest theft rates in the country, thus higher insurance prices. And stay away from Geico, the consumers pays for all those cute ads you see.
Hope this helps and good luck.
