That is London AFAIK but the girl isn't English.I don't know why, but I started watching/listening to all sorts of covers of this song last night on the YouTubes. This one stuck out, because buskin' ain't easy... It's not the best cover I've ever heard, but for one guitar and two voices through a suboptimal sound system in the middle of a sidewalk, you can tell they would kill it in the studio if they ever tried.

I've mentioned this before. It is said the worst concert pairing was Jimi Hendrix opening for The Monkeys - I missed that one but was at #2. SRV opening for Men at Work on Oct 12th 1983 at the Mercer Auditorium Seattle. Never been a big fan of them since, not because they didn't do a decent show but because the poppy teeny audience couldn't handle what Stevie was laying down,Music starts around 5:00 even. Colin Hay does a great acoustic arrangement.
I don't know who she is, but she has duetted with Colin Hay a few times, so I guess she's famous.
This dude probably does the best version of Colin's acoustic arrangement I've found. The Just-For-Men is a bit distracting, though...
