Here is something even more amazing. From 1967 to 2017 only one member of the band wrote the lyrics to every song they recorded - Keith Reid.

I'm usually a rocker type of music Mostly AC/DC Bon Scott era. I think I would love to go see them either in Las Vegas or San Francisco if I can get the time off. But when I smoke a cigar it seems like I mostly enjoy Jazz and a glass of wine.

Running late as my cat decided that crawling behing the cabinet was a good idea. He pulled or losemed a wire or two and since I can't see that I had to follow every wire by feel to find out which ones they were.
Anyway, This is BIMI an 8 Pinay fronted group from the Philippians (plus at least 4 in the band you don't see} that are hitting the festival circuit. Pretty much a made up eye candy band IMO but they are getting some major attention

Man, I was cooking dinner last night, while listening to some Hair Band radio. Youngest daughter (16) was "helping" me while on her phone. These 2 came on back to back and the look on her face, was priceless. I had to explain that songs in the 80's were a little different than today's music 
. These songs hit different now, raising girls!

Was watching some 80s vids on Roku's 80s vid channel finishing off a DP stick today and Wham! came on and had to cue this up.
Fun fact SR71 wrote the song and they descended from a local band called honor among thieves.
My buddy from college and now coworker used to live a cpl doors away from the drummer up until recently.

Today we feature the largest selling live album in history with ~24 million sold.
An average of the critical reviews of the day barely gave it a 3.0 out of 5 with some calling it: Predictable, Maudlin,and Lackluster. However the public didn't seem to agree The album went top 10 in over 30 countries and won 6 of the 9 Grammy's it was nominated for including record of the year.
Originally released in 1992 as a single album it was remastered and expanded in 2013 to a 3LP, 2CD or 2 DVD set. Strangely enough there are things on the 2CD set that aren't on the 2 DVD set and vice versa.
Recorded in England for the MTV Unplugged series, Eric Clapton Unplugged had an odd recording session. After the first nine songs were done there was a break and when Eric returned he asked if the audience would mind if they played 1,2 or 5 more songs. He then started to play Rolling and Tumbling for the first time live in 22 years. However, the recording crew was a bit slow which is why that song starts eo abruptly .This also caused 2 versions of My Father's Eyes as eric liked one version and the producer the other.
