So...tell us...what's decorating your tree, house, yard this year? I guess I will start since I started this thread...

The tree is a culmination of what we like....go ahead...laugh it up...Winnie the pooh(all the characters), ALL the superhero, comic book people, the Simpsons, various zoo animals decked out in holiday gear, brightly colored balls, snowflakes, and rather than all white lights...multi colors...outside there are lights on the shrubs in front of the condo and up the railing...

***Edit to add...We have Star Wars figures on the tree***

Next?

Our tree is not yet up, but it has fairly traditional ornaments right now.

I plan to hang lights on the front of the house, including window displays for the two windows that face the street.

The six year old son really wanted to decorate the tree this year, so we let him. The wife helped him put the lights on, and the topper, and let him do the rest. He is so proud of it.

I would never let him see us chuckle because the ornaments only go up about 4 feet. :whistling:

It's looking a bit naked at the top.

Priceless.

We have a little tree in the office. It's decorated with white lights, red CAT5 cable, AAFES 10cent pogs, fake maple leaves, a reindeer antler headband for the "star" and two traffic tickets given out for not wearing a reflective belt at night...

I have an Opus X cigar ornament (looks just like a real Opus X, except it's made of wood) that I hang on the tree every year. :)

If I had a tree...it would have shotgun shell multi-color lights.

Pictures help these explanations for those of you that have decorations. :sign:

My wife added the three or four up high, and he couldn't quite reach the top for the angel. We decided to keep it like this, because he is so proud of it.

:( The wife put on fake candy canes.
I wish my aunt used fake candy canes Last year I ended up eating a 10yr old candy cane.
My Moms tree is adorned with enof waterford and starwaski to suport a third world nation.
I go traditional home made Heiniken and Budwiser bottle caps on a 1ft tree, dam NY apartments

The Mrs does the tree but I can't seem to upload photos to my website at the moment.

Here are my Christmas lights on Youtube. I synchronize my Christmas Lights to music.

Cool lights but it looks like santa is punching himself in the head over and over and over

With a 3-4 year old we have a lot of pastic non breakable stuff. Also some stuffed things my mon made 30 years ago. I also use the same star that was on our tree when I was a kid it is like 34 years old.

Among other things, I have an 8' balsam fir, a N.E. Patriots, Boston Bruins, Red Sox, Celtic , USN and USMC ornaments.

Doc.

Planned on a PBR tallboy theme this year, but Beaver Liquors had a special on Budweiser last week.

I have a bunch of Mets, Bucs, and Magic ornaments on my tree. One day, when I have a bigger place with my own man-room type area, those will probably all end up on a separate tree, there's so many of them. My one thing, though, is candy canes. Everywhere I go, if someone has candy canes on their tree, I take one (pending approval from the owner, of course). I have some canes on my tree that are 15 years old. Started off as a joke, and has now escalated into a tradition.
