I'm friends with the humidor manager of the largest chain of cigar stores in Delaware. I used to buy boxes from them and I still buy singles of things to try. Taxes are low in DE so price isn't a deterrent to buying at our B&Ms. That said, I still do most of my buying from online sources. From boxes to fivers, my regular sources and guys like Mark, Israel, Al, etc. treat me right and keep me coming back.
