Just curious, how many of you guys play poker?

I play online pretty regularly and in a few local games. I head down to AC several times a year and play.. In fact I'm headed to AC this weekend to, amongst other things, smoke cigars, celebrate my birthday and play in a couple of NL hold 'em tournaments.
 
I play poker... but not very well, alas. It's still fun tho. :)

I play online at TruePoker.com and we have a weekly $100 NL Hold'em game at a friends house every Sunday. We usually get 7-10 players each week
 
I play, but not so much lately. If I do play, it's online through Ultimate Bet.

Occasionally, I'll play a NL low-stakes game with my co-workers. Fun game.

I know some of the guys from CW set up a table at TruePoker to play some evenings

One of these days I will have a NL Hold'em for Habanos Tourney....10 people each must ante up a box of Habanos......

1st Place - 6 boxes
2nd Place - 3 boxes
3rd Place - 1 box (different than your ante)

Thats an awesome idea!! Make it a single habano ante and I'm in. I don't think I can come up with a box.

I also play hold em about once a month, we have a $50.00 -100.00 game.

lots of fun...

I play with some buddies from time to time and also in the casinos in Wendover, NV. They have a nice low limit hold 'em game and a weekly no limit tourney. It's a lot of fun.
 
I play with the guys every now and then. I am not very good but then again neither are they.
 
My answer depends on whether or not we are planning to get together and play, or if we are just going to talk about it. ;)
 
Let me guess.. If we are planning to get together and play, you've heard of this poker thing and might like to give it a try. If we are just discussing it you are a pro. :)

Funny story, I actually played in a tournament in AC this past weekend.. Me and a buddy. Anyway, earlier in the day we are playing some blackjack to warm up. Someone mentioned poker and this other guy at the table was like, are you here for that tournament? We said yes.. He was like, yeah, me too.. Then he made some dumb comments that made it sound like he really had no idea how to play. Guess who ended up sitting accross from my buddy at the final table. I guess you call that a pokershark.
 
We had 4 Poker tournaments on the ship this deployment. Texas Hold Em. No money was put up by any of the players. Morale gave out 3 prizes for 1st-3rd. I placed 1, 9, 5, 4 in the tourneys. Each had 16-20 players. Great game, especially when it is a relaxed atmosphere. A lot of games-man-ship when there isnt much on the line.

I enjoyed watch the tournament the other night on satalite. Man too rich for my blood :(

I play at PP almost daily. I play for money, but I'd play for fun too.

I'm other1 on there as well. We should get together a cigarpass game.
 
I agree. I dont play for money as I have a wife and kids. All my money goes to my cigars. All 20 bucks.
