The booze! Although the record collection is massive.
If you are looking to help someone build a room, I would be willing to take one for the team and let you redo one of my rooms on air.
Atuck has me thinking evil thoughts. I have a barn on my property that's in good shape, with electricity and water running to it. It's empty right now, and hasn't had livestock in it for at least 20 years, the previous owner actually converted it into a huge halfpipe for his kids to skateboard in. mmmmmm, the possibilities.![]()
Some carpet here.... a wet bar there... I might never go back to the house.![]()

Fish, I was thinking the same thing.
I have around 750 square feet of semi-finished basement (has a kitchen) that I would be willing to "donate" to the show for a "building the ultimate guy's room" episode. You guys bring the materials, workers, and TV crew, I'll supply the booze and the cigars (1 per man per day).
Anything other than a full recitation (by you) of the project that I completed in 4th grade for extra credit, on this forum within the next 3 minutes will be deemed acceptance of my offer. I look forward to your response.
Edit: 4:05! Woohoo!

I'm guessing your fourth grade extra credit project was George Washington crossing the Potomac made out of popsicle sticks.
