Yeah, the wait times have always been bad and have only gotten worse over the years. But the product is truly excellent.

No argument here, but like everything, caveat emptor. If someone orders from this guy without doing some due diligence, I don't feel sorry for them.

What does irk me is the number of people that order, then go seek out forums to sign up and bitch about this guy without ever doing any other participation.

Could always try a certified letter with delivery receipt
