Whats everyone's favorite little guys!!??!!

I had the pleasure of trying my first Short Story, WOAM and BLT(I mean BTL..thanks BigJake) this week, thanks to some very generous BOTL's (Unemployment Contest and in2xshp's Fuente FunPack!!). I really enjoyed all of these sticks. The only thing thats bad about them is that I can't seem to find them ANYWHERE! I was wondering if there were any FOG's(or any BOTL for that matter) out there that could recommend some other smokes that similar for me to try out. It would also be great if anyone could point me in the direction where i can score some more of the ones I tried!!

I am more of a Prosciutto or a Jamon Serrano kind of guy over bacon.

HAHAHA they really are...especially with extra mayo...on rye toast

I laugh when people make that mistake everyday...I guess today was my day!!!

Seriously though, the WOAN's can usually be found quite frequently...and Short Story's are usually readily available. Other good smaller cigars would be padron 2000's, Illusione 68's, Cruzado Avalitos and Tatuaje Cabinet Noellas.

Hope this helps.

The biggest piece of advice on picking up those sticks is to pay attention in the B/S/T thread. Jim (Keyston_Raider) just informed us that he had a few boxes of short stories, and someone else recently had a Group Buy on WOAM'S and BTL's I think, I can't recall exactly. I have had both the WOAM and the SS and I really enjoyed both. The WOAM had a bit more depth to me, but the SS was fantastic in its own right. I have a box of SS on its way as we speak!

The SS's are fairly easy to find at a few retailers, it is all dependent on how much you want to spend for them though. PM the fine retailers that frequent the form and I'm sure one of them will be able to help you out with at least the SS.

I am gonna stop by my B&M tomorrow he carries a lot of Padrons, I have liked all of their cigars that I have had from them so far. I have been dying to get my hands on some Illusione's. None of the shops in my area carry them either. I'll do some online shopping and see what I can find. Thanks for the info!!

Be sure to be informed when you go to your B&M. I went to my B&M before I purchased my SS's to see if they were relatively well priced (low enough for me to feel good supporting the local economy) but they were asking about $60 over MSRP. I said no thanks and walked away. Come to think of it, just about every box I looked at that day were about $60 overpriced.

Check out some Pepin's in a robusto size, pretty cheap and a great smoke. The Illusione's are real good too, There is a B&M I am able to get to about once a month and since I have been turned on to them I like to keep a few on hand.

Bit on the pricey side and sometimes hard to find, but I like the VSG Enchantment's as something different from time to time.

I have had the VSG once and loved it. I really wanna give the Illusione a try. I was gifted a Cg4 and it was great but i haven't been able to find them locally.

After trying a bunch of little guys, I think that the VSG tre Mystiques(sp) and the Padron #35 are on the top of my list!

My favorite little NC is the 601 Oscuro corona. A very tasty cigar. Also look for the LFD 5 packs, they are little fire crackers.

WOAM's and BTL's are quite hard to find, but I do enjoy the WOAM. I must say that for some reason I did not care for the short story, AT ALL.

I like the short stories for a quick car ride or in another situations when I don't have much time.

While I have yet to come across a BTL or WOAM, short stories are among my favorite. Other than that, the expensive Padron #35 is GREAT for a short smoke.

Try tampasweethearts.com .
They carry all of Fuente's stuff, when available.

Short Stories are always available. WOAMs and BTLs
are "Hard to Find" special release smokes, usually
available around the holidays.

Holts.com also carries most Fuentes, too. Last time
I was there(early Feb.) they still had boxes of BTLs
from Xmas for $325.

I also like the Perdomo ESV '91 Imperio maduros for
a shorter smoke.

Chemyst
