Is Tampa Sweethearts open in the evenings?

No, closes at five during the week and one on saturday. closed on sunday

I found Tampa Sweethearts to be a big let down. It's in a large brick building, but you can't go beyond a small 10x10 lobby-like area. There's a "menu" of cigars posted on the wall and you place your order through a window. I felt like I was in one of those inner city convenience stores where you have to order your beer through a bullet proof glass wall. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it wasn't that. Just my $0.02.
