Hello all. Just signed up after lurking for some time now. Have learned alot from reading various boards, and I must say this group seems like a great place to hang out.
A little about me. I am a General Manager for a retail company, 42, kids, and a wife who enjoys smoking with me. Life is good.
My first real cigar was several years ago. It was a Pontalba, which I have been in search of ever since. That is when I discovered that good cigars are not those "smelly ol things" that I alway thought. That has led me on my journey of trying various brands of which has included CAO, Ashton, AF, and Padron. The Padron has become my favorite.
Getting tired of only buying a few at a time when needed, I have moved up and purchased my first humidor, and the quest of the hobby is taking off. I bought what I found to be a decent quality box. I bought a Savoy, and other than too high of humidity, is looks great. From what I have read, I think I need more in it.
Don't want to make this too long, just wanted to introduce my self and join in. Would eventually like to participate with the activities that would match my experiance. While I may not post alot, unless I can contribute, I'll be around.
