ALL DONE! Dallas Tatuaje Herf - Redo NOVEMBER 11th

I had an idea while I was sitting here at the computer. I know we're all getting together on the 11th at TR. I have this love for beer that is insatiable. I love a good beer that packs some flavor. I was wondering if anyone would be up to a mini-beer pass while we're there. Something small such as a six-pack of your fave (or a 4-pint pack). Just bring it along with you if you want to participate and we could all kinda trade and try some new beers.

I'm not sure what time tasman is rolling into town but I can be there anytime.

It wouldn't be Veterans Day without putting flesh to the flame so I'm bringing BEEF! I think altercall may be bringing something to throw on the grill, too. If someone wants to bring some sides that would be great.
 
I'm on Potato Salad!!!.....

(plus beer for our mini-Beer pass)

edit to say: I'm having a garage sale that weekend so I'm gonna end it at 1100 on Sunday to make it out there hopefully by 1300
 
I have a two hour drive over there, so I would prefer somewhere around 12:00-1:00 or a little earlier if that works better for the majority. I also have to go to Waco afterwards for work the rest of the week. So starting earlier like around noon would be great.

I will also try to work on a side Preembargo, but of course whatever I bring will be a cold side due to the drive. I am really looking forward to meeting everyone and enjoying some great smokes.

Edit to add: What is everyone planning on torching??? I can't decide what to bring. Maybe I should just bring the whole cooler, and then decide.

Cowboys Kick off is at 3:15, when do you want me to fire up the grill? c&g, I’m bringing a variety of nice cuts (including filet) and lurch is bringing potato salad.

edit to add: The shop opens @ noon, I'll be there when the door opens (in, fact, I'll open it :D )
 
I'll try to make it out there this Sunday to hang out and meet everyone. I missed the weekly gathering this past weekend because when Altercall called me, I was out at the deer stand.

I know, I still need to go introduce myself on a newbie thread (when I can find it). I have not had much of a chance to surf around since I logged in.

You beat me to it preembargo. I got on here just now to ask you for the address so I could mapquest it. Looking forward to Sunday, and I will bring something for the meal. Anyone have a count of how many to expect yet?

I'm looking forward to it! I don't think I'll be able to make it quite as early you guys are talking about. 2 is probably more realistic for my ETA since it will likely take me a little over an hour to get there. I might be bringing something to eat depending on what time you guys are eating. I'll keep an eye on this thread to see what you guys decide concerning the food. I think I may be turning into a Pepin whore, so I'm looking forward to visiting preembargo's Pepin shrine (as he calls it).

It takes me 2 and change and I will be there when the doors open! Can't wait! :thumbs:
 
I'll be there all I can. I have 2 football games Sunday (my own, not for school). I'm going to head in after church. I'll be there until about 5, but if we don't win the first game I'll be back at 7.

As long as you bring the girl in your avatar I don't think people will be picky as to when you get there.... ;)
