I love the Belgian Ales. Especially the Trappist Ales. Chimay Blue is excellent.
Rochefort and Westmalle varieties are also outstanding.

Dan, it scares me sometimes how similar our tastes are with cigars, but the fact our top 3 favorite Belgians is identical too? Unreal...
