Habitual Threadjacker!
Don't confuse Alan.
I can't seem to change my avatar. No matter what image I choose to upload from my machine, the software uploads this same smoking fish image. I even moved all of my avatar images to a new folder that didn't contain this image. It's doing this in Firefox and IE. I've cleared cache and cookies.
ETA: wtf? Now it changed without me even changing it again. Never mind...
ETA Again: No. It keeps switching around on me. I'm leaving off any avatar until I can figure this out.
When viewing threads, I used to be taken directly to the newest unread post. Now, it takes me to the beginning of the thread and I have to click next, next, next to get to the last page. This is on mobile, at least. I haven't tried the new site on a regular computer. Anyone else having this issue?
Other than that, everything looks great. Thanks for all of the hard work, Rod.

I never understood the reason for having two separate avatars. It was not my choice to consolidate into one, however that is how the new software is written.
As far as posting the join date under their avatar, that is something I will look into -- I do agree that should be there.
You need to click on the little bullet (or star if you have responded to the thread) at the left of the topic to go to the lat post in the thread.

This seems to work on the full version of the site, but there is no star/bullet on the mobile version.
When I go to View Profile and try to change my avatar usng the "Change" button that is located at the top left side of the displayed avatar it doesn't work. I select the "Use a Custom Photo" button and then after selecting a photo from MyPictures I get a pink box saying "Failed to set a new photo". I don't think I'll use Gravatar. I really don't need another utility website to keep up with.
Edit: Which is why mine is gone now.![]()
Rod,
I can't see any photos using Firefox or IE9...is that something on my end or something you're still working on?
Thanks
