Here an odd but true fact when looking for an ISOM stick in Mexico; if you can't find a LCDH, find your nearest Walmart. Most of threir stores in tourist area's have walk in humidors.

I was in Cozumel in June, and there is nothing authentic there whatsoever. Bring your own if you are looking for some. Do not buy any down there, as they are not authentic!
