Today's Smoke 2016

Padron panatela. Hard to beat for a relaxing afternoon smoke.
 
Snuck out of the house into the snow storm to walk down the drive to get the mail. Enjoyed half a MUWAT before one of my girlfriend's kids took out a four wheeler to check up on me. Had to ditch the second half, but at least it was better than no cigar.

Patoro Gran Anejo Reserva Robusto. A slight astringent taste throughout that made it unpleasant, the Serie P line is more enjoyable.

Partagas Lusitania FPG OEUU '88, with Balvenie 21.

One of my best cabs.
 
Haven't had a cigar in over a week due to work and a cold so pulled a Rocky Patel platinum. Had a slightly off putting taste. Could just be the remnants of my cold.

La Flor de Cano Gran Cano...the first EL I've purchased that will prompt me to buy some more. Very nice, on the floral/cedar end of the spectrum.

I bet I still have a few Regios or J21's hanging around with about that many years on them. We went pretty hog wild on them for awhile. Still good smokes.

Great smoke. I have some that are easily that old, as well. Also some J21. Original Tobaccos. I bought them to do a "crap shoot" aging experiment. I should give them a whirl.
 
Gueguense toro. If you haven't tried them, it's worth at least a 5er. I'd describe it as a La Palina Classic meets Padron X000 with a bit of CC Bolivar. Interesting stick. Solid medium plus strength. My only complaint would be that this particular stick had somewhat flaky ash.

I plan to have one to celebrate my truck coming home from the body shop. Hopefully, tomorrow, but it's already two weeks later than promised.
