Distilled Water shortage???

I've been having a hard time getting distilled water for the past 6 months, and now the shelves are completely empty. I can't even find brand name distilled water anymore. Just curious if you're able to get distilled water in your area? If I can't find any soon, I'm going to have to start distilling my own water.
 
Last time I bought some I took the last 5 gallons. We thought about distilling our own too.
 
Same here in Connecticut. Wife said it’s been going on for at least a year. I only use it for my Aristocrat but she needs to use it regularly so she’s always on the hunt.
 
Plenty in my neck of the woods. Try drugstores or order it online from Walmart.
 
Seems ok in NY. During the early stages of the pandemic I could not find it in the stores so bought on Amazon
 
Plenty here in Wisconsin.. well, Madison anyway.

I know Cali has drought issues.. but distilled water? And it certainly wouldn't explain CT's issue.

If I were to order from Walmart they would send it from my local store. Not sure if that's how they all do it now.

Amazon is similar, they have it but it would come from the Whole Foods by me. I wonder...

If I were to place an order here.. but have the delivery address there.. I'll brb..
 
What the heck does anyone use distilled water for except for our cigars?, other than the fact it is water.

Box with 6 gallon bottles of Poland Springs distilled is $77 to the 5 zips I found for Upland, CA. Would be there Monday.

10 people want to kick in $7.70/ea to get the man set up properly and hopefully for a bit?

Only solution I have for getting a good amount there soon. 🤷‍♂️
 
I'm already going to this store this afternoon and just checked to see if they have any. I could go now and pick-up 50 gals for less than $65.

What the heck's going on with this disparity??

Been spotty here. I buy 5 gallons at a time when I can. Use it in the Aristocrat and the CPAP.

Right! But the wife does use it in her steamer in her closet. I guess anything that takes water and you don’t want mineral buildup.
 
For that price I'll start distilling my own. I'll check some of the drug stores too. Unbelievable how there can be a freak'n water shortage...
 
I've noticed this around the country. If you cant find it in the beverages/water section try the nursery aisle. That jug with the pic of babies on it is a buck more but it's all the same.

I use it in my CPAP and now I have a kid and we need it for his bottle sterilizer so we have a few gallons on hand at all times.

No issues finding it here in CA. Every place has it

I believe this still has some minerals in it. It’s just purified of bad stuff found in tap water and water with a lot of minerals. Distilled has zero of that stuff
