What's the lowest it can be because its slowly moving up to 59?

If they have been stored at 57% long term, they are no good. Regardless of how you bring them back to the proper RH, they will taste terrible because they have been robbed of the oils that provide the flavor.

Actually it was at 52 because of the door and there's a gap it's slowly moved up to 59 trying to see where it settles but every 10 minutes someone interrupts that

I think roughly 62% is where we "dry-box" them for a week before smoking but long term, that is too low.
