Hey Tom, I didn't know you had Polish blood . What all did you add to the mix? We got ours from the Polish area in Buffalo, Wardinski brand. Great eating. Enjoy the spoils.

Spinach salad with cranberry and toasted almonds. Pan seared Rockfish with a lemon butter caper sauce made from the pan drippings.

Went down to Gloucester Virginia to inspect a house right on the Chesapeake Bay. Googled "seafood near me and found a place less than a mile away that had the boats lined up bringing it in fresh. I've never seen so many oysters and clams at the same time. He offered up the Rockfish that was just brought in a couple of hours prior. Yes please!

It's that time of year again! Got a lot of work to do. Son and daughter bailed on oyster night. I gave up alcohol for the time being a few months back, but oysters or crabs without beer to wash it down just seems wrong.

Roast Salmon with Lemon Dill Aioli & Ginger Scallion Zucchini Stir Fry.

The aioli & the Ginger Scallion marinade were both commercial preparations, but really good.

Scallops two ways: bacon wrapped scallops with a honey vinaigrette, and rosemary skewered scallops with mushroom ravioli and bacon cream sauce. I was supposed to make asparagus to go with this but I forgot to cook it. Nevertheless, it was a good start to the Christmas feasting!

Slow cooked scrambled eggs on toasted croissants, topped with lox, creme fraiche and caviar. One of my favorite breakfast dishes!
