I’ve smoked a pile of Opus & other premium Fuente sticks, but never their more basic lines, like the plain old 8-5-8, until yesterday. Was pretty damn good, not especially complex, but pleasant.

There's nothing wrong with a plain ol' 8-5-8 IMO, other than pricing (but that's a whole other thing). It's a standard in the field for being a more or less guaranteed decent stick.

I've been eyeballing this weird shaped cigar by JC Newman called YAGUA since @CgarDan gifted me it in Denver.
It's starting off like it cold puffed. Floral sweetness and some mild nutmeggish baking spice that fades nicely. Thank you Dan.
