Pecan is my favorite smoking wood.Trimmed the Pecan trees, cut it into chunks and smoked some chicken.

They would have fallen apart as you tried to cut them. Those pork butts were cooked for being pulled.You should have called, could have tried those burnt ends ... yummy.
