Frank..............Are you sure you are not having humidity problems? Nobody, is that unlucky. Maybe, too much humidity?
Are these from the same batch you and I split? I have not had a bad one yet. Hope your luck changes.Frank..............Are you sure you are not having humidity problems? Nobody, is that unlucky. Maybe, too much humidity?
No, been at 65% for 4 months, and a big fat tunnel is a construction issue. Just some bad luck, but the Opus i smoked tonight was flawless!

Tomorrow night might be a Don Carlos Edicion de Aniversario, and that bad boy better smoke well, or i'm quitting (well, until the next night  )

I wouldn't blame it on a construction issue.
It's been in the humidor at 63-65% for about 3 months, the others smoked earlier out of that box were perfect (smoked probably 8). When i say tunnel, i mean a big fat empty cavity, that's not humidity, it's construction. All premium sticks are bound to have an occasional dud, that's just reality, it's not a perfect world.

Was the foot properly toasted and lit evenly? If the middle got going before the outside, this would also result in a tunnel.
I've never had a cigar tunnel.
well, i did light it w/ a flare gun, that might have been the problem?
