How do you deal with stress? I’m not too good at it. My main attempts are to go for a hard 3 mile run and lifting weights. Though lately lifting has been on the back burner from the time aspect. I’ve don’t yoga before and that is awesome for stress relief. Also, I try to control my breathing helps a lot. Scuba diving has thought me to control my breathing and I try to bring that into daily life as much as possible, but I still can get worked up. “Venting” to the Misses also helps a lot. She is usually full of good ideas which are somehow missing to me. I guess having an outsider offer solutions to your problems offers an “Outside the Bun” perspective to life’s problems.
