Just make sure that you check out the package thoroughly to make sure there are no holes in the cigars or any dust in the packaging. IF you have any other cigars, I would try to be sure to quarantine the new cigars from the ones that you have. As you will find out with a bit of searching, there are also folks that like to freeze all of their new purchases to kill off any larvae or eggs that may be in the cigars. Depending on how cold your freezer is, you may need to leave them frozen for quite some time.
Those are just a few ideas.. another one would be to just smoke em down quick before it became a problem. I am sure that we have all smoked a beetle egg or two! :laugh:
