I had this happen to my first one...it would stick a little and when you opened it, the two halves would come apart. I brought it back to the dealer and got another and it's work flawless for over a year. I love that cutter.

I do this too when I keep track of my inventory. My stash is sitting at a $8.81 average price per stick. Not only is it nice to see your average, onhand and lifetime amount but you can also track the changing prices of cigars. I've noticed almost a %15 a stick increase in the last 6 months.

Does anyone know how well the Tat Black Jar holds humidity? It comes with a 68% packet and a little sponge cage under the lid. The rubber seal seems ok. I wouldn't chance it but I have almost no room in the humidor but I just couldn't pass up a can of black. Anyone been storing in the can...
