    Didn't even know it. Coming back from the first night of class, there's a big downhill bridge before K-Town. It's 100kph the whole way. About 20 yards before the camera setup it drops to 80 kph AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HILL. Apparently I was clocked at 104 kph, which is probably as I had my cruise set on 60 mph, and I was in a 6000 lb vehicle going downhill. I wasn't trying to exceed the speed limit. They have these things set up for the revenue...

    Oh well. I have no reason to be on the autobahn in the next two months and I drive the speed limit, anyway, so as long as it doesn't send a flag on the little scanners when I come on base I'm not too worried about it. If it does, then my wife can just take my car to work and put gas in it when it needs it. I try not to go on base if I don't have to, anyway. I lose more respect for German motor vehicle laws every day.
