The pack should definitely not feel hard at all. It should feel soft, and squishy. If it feels hard then there must have been a hole or something in the back that allowed it to dry out Dave

The V is one of my favorite cigars. I have not had any burn issues. Were these new? Maybe they were too wet. I find most if not all burn issue are from cigars that are too wet. I keep mine at around 65% - 67% and have not had any issues. Dave

My Son has a Karate awards ceremony that day, so I don't think I will be able to make it. If there is any chance I can do both, I will definitely be there. Dave

I use an Otterbox Cigar Caddy, but it is really all the same. I generally keep cigars in mine all the time as I take it out with me almost every day. I just keep a 65% Boveda pack in side and I have never had an issues. Dave
