I've got two boxers and smoking a cigar on a beautiful texas day while they play in the yard and the wife will sit outside and read a book. That is one of the most calming, relaxing, enjoying cigars ever.
It will probably be a while before I get a batch going, I'm hoping that with all the recipes and books and all that my first batch should be good. Is that just wishful thinking?
Thank you sir. I was having problems opening the austinhomebrew page, there are a couple in waco too but internet is running slow on every site except this one.
Yeah, when you are grilling, it never hurts to pour a little beer on anything you are grilling. That's my recipe.
P.S. Why would you want to preserve the taste and smell of Newcastle?
I've been reading a couple of the threads and know there are some homebrewers out there. It is something I want to get into when I get home and am doing some reading now (Dave Miller's Homebrewing Guide and the Homebrewers Bible (I think that is the title)). Anyone have any recommendations? Also...
Any recommendations? I am on a quest to become a beer connoiseur, wish they had an Old Chicago near me. Also looking into doing some homebrewing when I get back.
Shiner is my staple beer, always in the fridge and good anytime. Shiner Light is the only light beer I drink, good when you are planning on eating too much for dinner. Don't like Kolsh or Blonde, Hefewiesen is way too lemon-y for me, Dunkel is good, Black Lager is awesome and the Bavarian Amber...
Opened up my humi to find my cigars gotten a little dry even though I know I had enough PG solution. Tolije told me to try the bead tubes from Heartfelt industries and I was very happy when I got mine in the mail and my hygrometer went right to 65. I already ordered more for my big one and my...
I used to be stuck on Gurkha's until I starting trying different things. I still like the Royal Brigades and the Fuerte's, the vintage's are pretty good too. I've had a G3 for a while and just got a Black Dragon in the mail, we'll see how they go. Not that anyone asked but I figured I'd offer my...
The Mysterio was nice looking and it took me a while before I smoked it. I think the only ones I have sitting around that I haven't gotten the nerve to smoke are a couple Opus X's, a 100 Anos, and some others...
I know there's a wish list thread but is there a thread where people can just go in and ask "Where can I find...?" Oh yeah, does anyone know where I can find WOAM singles online other than cbid?
Not tracked down well enough to stop him from geting on a plane, close proximity to others, who knows if it spread to anyone else. What kills me is the border guard who siad "he looked healthy". Funny, I don't "look like a terrorist" but I still get searched at the airport. PS I am in Germany...
I just say fuggit, no point in even getting stressed out, chances are it's not worth getting stressed out over and you don't think as clear when you are stressed out, which causes you to stress even more. Hug your wife, smack her ass and tell her you love her, stretch your neck and roll your...
Basketball and play with/walk my dog, unless I am in iraq then I will work out, usually doa couple weeks on the machines before going to free weights, alternating upper body muscle groups, no legs because I go running too.
Thta fight absolutely sucked. I am glad my friend payed the 55 for it and all I had to do was bring chips.
1- Mayweather wasn't landing as much as what the unofficial count was, I know, that's why they call it unnoficial, but it wasn't that close any time, they must've had blind guys just...
