I ran into the same super tight draw problem (not with the string) on a box of Monte's from a vendor in Spain. I let the box sit in my dry box for 2 months and the draw was still horrendous. I e mailed the vendor and sent them back. Awaiting notification from the vendor that the package arrive...

I've only got a 5 stick otterbox, but I just added about 3 drops of PG solution to the disk that comes in the lid of the box and had no problem whatsoever! I will be upgrading to a bigger otter box VERY soon tho. :)

I saw somewhere here that they sell spanish cedar made to fit inside a cooler. What are you using to adhere the cedar to the interior walls? A spray adhesive or dual sided tape? And after adhereing(sp?) the cedar to the walls are you sealing the ends of the cedar with a caulking compond so that...

Sad to say, but I've bought 4 humidors(100ct/100ct/150ct/300ct),2 cigar oasis,1 cigar caddy and 2 travel humi's all off of e bay and never had a single problem with any of them.
